Heavy Mural has no control over the content that is uploaded by the user, and therefore you agree to use Heavy Mural at your sole risk and that Heavy Mural shall not have any liability to you for content that may be found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Seriously, it’s your wall, you put the art there, you should really be mad at yourself.
2. Image rights
Heavy Mural does not store the images used by you or other users on our servers. We assume no responsibility for the images you use, but do assume you are using them as they were intended to be used.
3. Personal and Property Damage
Dealing with adhesive paper products can lead to personal and property damages including, but not limited to:
- damage to paint and walls
- sticky and/or tacky fingers/hands
- paper cuts
- mental frustration
- increased fire hazard
- more friends than you wanted in your house at one time, resulting in the collapse of your abode
- feeling so cool after completing a mural you no longer feel your old friends are good enough to hang out with you any more
4. Use
Heavy Mural is not liable if the user makes use of the offered service in a way that is not in accordance with the law. In other words, don’t be stupid, silly.
